Seascape offers spacious coastal luxury with a breathtaking view.

Throughout you will find beautiful woodwork, individual handmade quilts and be greeted with home baking, fresh flowers and a genuine warm Anglesey welcome.

The first bedroom offers a truly spectacular view from both the room and its private terrace.

The large garden bedroom enjoys the afternoon and evening sun. An additional single bed can be added in here if required (still keeping the maximum occupancy to 4 people).

The generous living area opens onto a large south facing private terrace with outdoor sofas and dining furniture.

If any of your party have mobility issues we can open up a third bathroom on the lower (living and kitchen area) floor with a toilet and an accessible step-in shower.

Coed y Berclas is sited in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), only 2 miles from Beaumaris and Menai Bridge. Seascape is the perfect base from which to explore Anglesey and North Wales. Here, you can escape, relax and unwind.

Pubs and Restaurants for eating out are plentiful in the area. One water edge pub just 300 yards from the apartment has lovely views over the water.

Seascape is the self contained south west wing of the main house, with its own entrance and parking. Built into the hillside overlooking both the Strait and Snowdonia it is spread over two floors, and each room has direct outdoor access. The main entrance is at the upper level which accommodates the welcoming hall and two spacious en suite bedrooms. The floor below has the well equipped kitchen and a large living room and dining area with double doors onto a south facing terrace with the view that brings our guests back year after year.

There is excellent soundproofing between Seascape and the rest of the property with the only adjoining wall between them being the entrance hallway, so you are assured of peace and privacy during your stay.

 
If you need additional accommodation we also offer our Guest Room; an additional large en-suite room with King size bed. It has its own external access and a lovely private south-east facing sun terrace with comfortable outdoor seating.

The Guest Room is either available on its own or can provide additional accommodation for those staying in Seascape or the Cottage. It looks out over the lawn and enjoys fantastic views of the Menai Strait and Snowdonia.
